🎓 Why I Don’t Believe in Resolutions—But I’m All In on Impact 🎯

I’ve never been big on New Year’s resolutions (one of many traits I got from my mother). If something matters, why wait for a specific date? That said, I’m a firm believer in the power of regular reflection and purposeful change.

✨ 2024 was a transformative year—full of growth, learning, and meaningful partnerships. As I step into 2025, I’m doubling down on what I do best: helping biotech teams align their technical and commercial roadmaps to bring world-changing products to market, faster and more efficiently.

💡 One of my biggest personal learnings in 2024? I thrive working with action-oriented technical founders and startups in the biomanufacturing space—teams eager to accelerate their path to market.

When I first started offering consulting services, I structured them around three standard engagement models: hourly rate, monthly retainers, and project-based fees. But as the year unfolded, I noticed something interesting: the most requested services weren’t what I expected.

Two clear favorites emerged:

1️⃣ Mentoring—especially for technical founders and senior managers seeking clarity, direction, and growth.

2️⃣ Workshops—half-day or full-day sessions on critical topics like developing unique value propositions, market identification and technical roadmap planning.

🔧 So, in 2025, I’m adding two structured services to meet these needs:

🔹 A structured mentoring program tailored for technical founders and senior leaders.

🔹 Expanded workshops designed to tackle key challenges and set teams up for success.

You can find more details on these services (and others) via the link in the comments below.

🎯 With over 20 years of experience in cell and molecular biology, plus five years immersed in the startup and scale-up world, my focus is simple: reduce the time and cost of technical development for my clients.

🚀 Skip the resolutions this year and let’s start building momentum immediately! Drop me a message or schedule a call (link in the comments).
